This is Jeff Brown's Newly restored 85 CJ7. 33" BFG. 4 1/2 lift. 2
1/2 body and 2" suspension. It's the reincarnation of the CJ that I had in
high school. I totaled my CJ in 96. The engine, axles, trans, and other minor
parts are all that remain in the new body. The heart and soul still survive. I
guess it was meant to be. Want to share my dream come true.

Here's a readers rig with an artistic touch. Stephen Lane of
Lansdowne, Maryland sends in this picture of his 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4. It has
a 5.9L Cummins Turbodiesel, a 5 speed and 3.54:1 gears. He's added 2"
Daystar coil spacers, and is running 35x13.50R16 M/T Baja Claws on 16x8 black
Rockcrawler wheels. Also added Cab clearance & Tailgate I.D. lights,
Bushwhacker Extend-a-Fenders, and a 10 disc Blaupunkt CD changer. Future plans
include a 5" Skyjacker lift, and 38" tires. This picture was taken on
the beach at Assateague Island National Seashore in Maryland. |

Back in the early offroading
days of Ralph and his friend Rob had this 6 wheeler. They replaced the
engine with a 400cc from a snowmobile, built a full roll cage and gave it a camo
paint job. They then gave it the name DELTA FORCE AT (All Terrain) ASSAULT
POD, built a Gatlin gun mounted on the hood, mounted a black PVC cannon on top
and tied tree branches all over the roll cage. They then ran it though the
Boyertown Halloween Parade dressed as Marines with an attitude. That
was alot of fun. Later They got plenty of use out of this little guy in
the surrounding hill sides. |

As a kid I, your webmaster,
spent many hours racing, collecting and modifying AFX slot cars, many of which I
still have today. Here's one of My Favorites. It's a CJ7 AFX
Magna Traction with Stomper Tires mounted on it (remember those Stompers?).
It actually ran around the track and sounded like a 4x4 going down the street
with mudders. |
