About Backwards Bob
Backwards Bob, driven by Bryan Wright and Ryan
Huffaker, is a 2010 Ford F-150 styled monster truck. The truck is
known for its backwards mounted body, making it look like the truck
is driving backwards, even though it isn't.
Backwards Bob debuted in 2008 at the World Finals IX, and
competed in its first full season in Monster Jam in 2009, with driver Mike Wine.
Backwards Bob would not compete until 2015 after the 2009 season. Bryan Wright
and Ryan Huffaker currently drive the truck in the 2015 season.
Backwards Bob was involved in an accidental hauler fire in the
2015 season. The truck was not salvaged, or rescued, in the fire, but the truck
later returned to compete in the 2015 season with a backup body and chassis.
Backwards Bob is featured in the video games "Monster Jam: Urban
Assault" and "Monster Jam: Path Of Destruction" as a playable truck. |
