Smittybilt's Winch Anchor Support Platform
If you 4 wheel, eventually you get stuck. When the inevitable
happens you either get pulled out or you pull yourself out with a winch
or some sort of hand winch attached to something immobile object that can
anchor your line to. But what if there's nothing close enough to
use as an anchor point? This is commonly the case in many terrains. That's where the Winch Anchor Support Platform
or "W.A.S.P." comes in very handy. An alternative to the
Pull Pal, the Smittybilt
WASP Winch Anchor Support Platform is a collapsible anchor system that
is adjustable for specific terrains and soil conditions allowing for a
firm anchor into the terrain itself. Designed with loose gravel,
rocky, snow, sand and mud conditions in mind, it is built strong for the
demands of terra winching. This system is a must if you go offroad
by yourself. Breaks down into a storable size and comes with a
heavy duty storage bag allowing it to be stashed and secured easily
within the 4x4.
