Expedition One Trail Series front bumper for the FJ Cruiser
The Expedition One Trail Series front bumper for the all new FJ Cruiser. Comprised of a 3/16" inner structure (7 gauge steel), and 1/8" thick outer skin (10 gauge steel) to keep strength Maximized while keeping the overall bumper weight at an astonishing low at about 105 pounds. Standard features include integrated winch mount, 1" thick 3/4 recover shackle mounts, center hoop, and textured black powder coat.
The FJ Cruiser model comes with 4.75" light ports. The standard FJ Cruiser bumper pricing comes with a choice of Sirius 4" Fog or Driving NS lamps. Bumpers can be special ordered without hoops or powder coat. Designed & Made in The U.S.A

Very nice design FJ bumper. Have one on my silver 2007 FJ with a warn winch, synthetic rope fairlead. Great styling, seems very well built and durable. I've used the D-rings to pull out others, no issues. Very happy with this bumper.

Fits the FJ Cruiser body lines. Re-uses stock hitch receiver and backup sensors. Swings in unison with the rear door. Supports up to 40" tire.

Cons:

D-ring placement needs some adjustment to fit aftermarket shackles. Side gapping of bumper could be reduced to fit tighter to body panels.

Overall, an excellent product. I've run the rear Trail Series bumper with the swing out tire carrier for a year now and it's seen its share of trails, rocks, mud and more.
