Bailey's Creek Trailhead (South) Black Mountian Recreational Park Kentucky
Located on KY 2430 at Evarts, eight miles east of Harlan on KY 38, Bailey's Creek Trailhead enters the park from the south side of Black Mountain via Trails 10 and 12. Access to the park from this side is free, and parking is also provided for free courtesy of the City of Evarts.
