Pearl Pass Colorado
Pearl Pass 4x4 jeep trail is a 6 rated trails. To get to the trail from
Crested Butte go South on 135 head North on Brush Creek Road
FS 738. This road goes to the airport and country club.This trail is
very scenic with shelf roads that are one vehicle wide. Most of the trail
is easy but there are some shelf roads that are only one vehicle wide.
Eastern Crested Butte Area
The Eastern Crested Butte area is home to much more challenging trails. There are three main trails that can be connected to make a large loop. The three trails are Pearl Pass followed by Taylor Pass and Italian Creek Road. This area can also be accessed from Aspen. The trails in this area provide spectacular scenery but on a much tougher trail.
