Ridge Offroad Park
The Ridge is an off-road riding park specifically catering to motorcycle (dirt bike) and ATV (four-wheeler) riders of all ages and abilities. Located in Springville, 25 min. N.E. of Birmingham Alabama, and a short drive from Gadsden, Anniston, Huntsville, and Atlanta Georgia. We have trails, motocross tracks, kids mx tracks, single track, camping, fishing, on all kinds of terrain. Directions:
From Pinson:
Take AL-75 N for about 13 miles. Turn Right on Co Rd 19 for about 0.5 miles. Turn Right up the mountain on Oak Grove Rd. /Springville Rd/CR-19. for about 2.5 miles. At the stop sign Turn Left onto Pine Mountain Rd. Go to the top of the mountain, about 5 miles and look for "The Ridge" entrance on your left. If you run into Murphees Valley Rd. you've gone to far.
From Birmingham:
Travel up I-59 North toward Gadsden/Atlanta. Take exit number 154 (Springville/ Odenville). Turn left and go over the interstate. You will now be on AL-174/Marietta Rd. You will go about 7/10 mile and come to a four way stop. Go straight through the four way. You will stay on this road for almost 4 miles. AL-174/Marietta Rd. will turn into Murphees Valley Rd. This will take you up Pine Mountain, careful the road makes a U-turn half way up the mountain. When you reach the top take a left onto Pine Mountain Rd. "The Ridge" will be the fourth driveway on your right.
From Gadsden:
Go south on I-59 and take exit number 154 (Springville/Odenville). Take a right towards Springville. You will now be on AL-174/Marietta Rd. You will go about 7/10 mile and come to a four way stop. Go straight through the four way. AL-174/Marietta Rd. will turn into Murphees Valley Rd. You will stay on this road for almost 4 miles. This will take you up Pine Mountain, careful the road makes a U-turn half way up. When you reach the top take a left onto Pine Mountain Rd. "The Ridge" will be the fourth driveway on your right.
From Huntsville: (faster then mapquest)
Take South Memorial Parkway/US-231. Go about 55 miles and you will have to turn left to stay on US-231. Stay on US-231 South you will come to Oneonta. Stay on US-231 South through Oneonta, be careful to pay attention because 231 will turn left and then turn back right at the next light. Continue on US-231 S for about 3 miles past Oneonta and take a right onto County Rd. 29. Go approximately 2 miles and turn right onto County Rd. 27. Go for about 9 miles and turn right onto Pine Mountain Rd. "The Ridge" will be the fourth driveway on your right.
From Decatur:
Take I-65 South toward Birmingham. Take Exit 310 (Cullman/Moulton) and go LEFT on AL-157 (E/Finis St John III Dr.). Stay on AL-157 for about 6 miles. Turn LEFT on US-278 E/AL-74 E. Stay on US-278 for about 15.6 miles. You will come to a big four-way stop. Turn RIGHT on US-231 (AL-53/Heart of Dixie Hwy.). Go about 12.5 miles and you will have to turn left to stay on US-231. Stay on US-231 South you will come to Oneonta. Stay on US-231 South through Oneonta, be careful to pay attention because 231 will turn left and then turn back right at the next light. Continue on US-231 S for about 3 miles past Oneonta and take a right onto County Rd. 29. Go approximately 2 miles and turn right onto County Rd. 27. Go for about 9 miles and turn right onto Pine Mountain Rd. "The Ridge" will be the fourth driveway on your right.
From Atlanta:
Take I-20 W, for about 110 miles. Take the US-231 North Exit towards Ashville, exit #158A, stay on US-231 N, for about 1.0 mile. Turn Left on to AL-174, go about 10.1 miles. Turn Right on US-411, stay on US-411 for about 1.0 mile. This will take you through the little town of Odenville. Turn Left on AL-174 and go for about 8 miles. You will come to a four way stop. This will take you through the town of Springville. Go straight through the four way. You will stay on this road for almost 4 miles. AL-174/Marietta Rd. will turn into Murphees Valley Rd. This will take you up Pine Mountain, careful the road makes a U-turn half way up the mountain. When you reach the top take a left onto Pine Mountain Rd. "The Ridge" will be the fourth driveway on your right.
