Convert your rig into an on-the-go full-service filling station with the VIAIR Onboard Air System. The VIAIR Onboard Air System comes complete with an air compressor, 2 ½ gallon air tank, hosing, wiring and connectors. As versatile as a Swiss Army Knife, your VIAIR Onboard Air System inflates tires, fills dinghies, powers air tools, manages air bag suspensions, and more. Available in 3 performance grades: Medium-Duty, Heavy-Duty and Constant-Duty. You can mount your VIAIR Onboard Air System almost anywhere with the included hardware and some minor drilling. VIAIR covers your Onboard Air System with a 1-year warranty.
Constant Duty Onboard Air Systems
By ordering a single part number, you can take all of the guess-work out of getting all of the parts you'll need to install one of the most sophisticated, all-inclusive onboard air systems available today. The Constant Duty Onboard Air System comes complete with a long-running 450C, 100% Duty Cycle compressor at its heart that will fill the supplied 2.5 gallon tank from 110-150 PSI in approximately one minute. Unlike our other systems, the Constant Duty Onboard Air System can operate for longer periods of time without needing to rest. Included is everything you'll need to add a reliable air source to your vehicle as well as inflate tires with the included clip-on air chuck. (For vehicles with up to 37-inch tires)

Constant-Duty Onboard Air System: This top-of-the-line rig uses a 450C VIAIR compressor with a 100% duty cycle that fills the 2 ½ gallon tank in about 1 minute—for tires up to 37” and includes a 35’ coil hose. The 450H is a continuous duty, hardmount compressor intended to directly fill tires or other items using a coil hose. The 450H comes with a built-in, moisture resistant ON/OFF switch. Features include a heavy duty stainless steel braided leader hose with a ¼” quick connect stud for hookup to a tank, onboard air system or coil hose and insulated wiring for simple installation.
Heavy-Duty Onboard Air System: This mid-range system boasts a 400C VIAIR compressor with a 33% duty cycle that fills the 2 ½ gallon tank in about 45 seconds—for tires up to 35” and comes with 35’ coil hose. The 400C is a 33% duty cycle compressor that works quickly and efficiently putting out a massive 2.54 CFM flow at zero PSI head pressure. Features include a standard ¼” stainless steel braided leader hose with inline check valve and insulated wiring for simple installation. * Must be used with a 150 PSI or lower pressure, non-adjustable pressure switch when used with an air tank.
Medium-Duty Onboard Air System: This entry-level setup uses a 325C VIAIR compressor with a 33% duty cycle that can fill the 2 ½ gallon tank in about 1 minute—fills tires up to 33”. The 325C are compressors that work with low amp draw. Features include a standard ¼” stainless steel braided leader hose with inline check valve and insulated wiring for simple installation. *Must be used with a 150 PSI or lower pressure, non-adjustable pressure switch when used with an air tank.
