Pros: Performance, Price and Availability,
Cons: CJ Specific mounting plate not available

So far, so good. Smooth operating winch with plenty of power. Downside it difficulty mounting it on my '77 CJ5. I bought the universal mounting plate but it was not "universal" enough to install without modifications. My last was a Ramsey that I let go with the Jeep it was on. I bought this one mainly because of the price. I don't use a winch a lot so it should meet my needs.

Pros: Price
Cons: Rusting hardware, bad remote

Can handle long pulls without getting hot. Is slow, but I'm not trying to win a race either. The remote went bad and I had to use a jumper wire to reel it in. Some of the hardware is beginning to rust (small screws and nuts here and there), so I have replaced with them with stainless.
Overall for the price, you can't beat it and I would buy again if needed.
