I have this on my Kawasaki and have been very happy with this purchase. Thank you Maxxis for a great tire! Gets me though some pretty rough stuff on the way out to the hunting grounds.

I have 1500+ hard miles on a 2006 Rhino with 4x2 offset wheels wearing 4 25x10x12 Bighorns all around. Tires show slight rounding on the lugs and nicks and cuts of course, but almost no signifigant wear on the lugs. Used in So. Cal desert, razor-like shale in Bishop, Ca., beach sand etc. The only flats I have ever had are 2 sidewall punctures from going too fast on some very rugged trails that would have holed any tire out there. Expect to pay a premium if you go full retail, however I saw a sale on 25x10x12 for 78 bucks each on 03-10-09, so I grabbed two more for spares. A heavy tire that affects performance a bit, but the weight gain is well offset by the toughness and durability. (My old ITP's TerraX were showing as much wear after 100 miles in the same terrain)You really can't go wrong with these tires.

The Bighorns are the best tire for anything and everything. They are the do it all tire. I have ridden in pretty much every condition imaginable, they have yet to let me down. I go any where my friends go with there mud tires and sometimes farther. Trails, rocks, sand, snow, mud, it just doesn't matter they do it all with no complaints. They are as durable a tire you will ever find even compared to an 8 ply tire. If you ride in any one or all of these conditions you will not go wrong if you choose Bighorns (a pure mud tire will out perform the Bighorns in the mud but you won't be disappointed with their mud performance). I have tried theme all (most of the more popular 6 ply tires) and none can compare to these. The question is, have you got your horns on?
