A stroll though Knoebels park is quite enjoyable.  So many things to see and do.  Unlike the typical amusement parks this parks seems to have a relaxed atmosphere and the tree cover offers plenty of shade from the afternoon sun.

History is everywhere at Knoebels.  This is especially true in the Anthracite Museum of Mining.  Knoebels is located in the heart of the PA Anthracite coal region and the museum displays many of the stories, history and equipment from this region.
