Restores their 1940 Chevrolet Truck Fire Engine!

For many years Knoebels had a 1940 Chevrolet Fire Engine parked along the 1-1/2 Mile Pioneer Train route (pictured to the right parked next to the train shed).  As passengers would take the ride out through the Twister roller coaster and into the quiet and cool deep woods, they would pass this old antique Elysburg PA fire truck as it sat exposed to the elements year after year.  However just like almost everything else that Knoebels acquires, we were pleasantly surprised to see this grand old fire engine restored to a beautiful condition and protected from the harsh elements under a pavilion near the entrance to the park!
