Description:
Big time rigs require equally powerful winches to haul them out of tight spots. Equip your truck or SUV with the awesome power, rapid line speeds and extensive reach of the Mile Marker SE12000 Electric Winch. No matter what life throws your way, you’ll be armed and ready.

What makes the Mile Marker SE12000 Electric Winch an excellent passenger for your vehicle is its brute strength. Powered by a 4.8hp Series Wound motor, it serves up an impressive 12000lbs. of pulling power. You’ll have enough muscle to get through even the heaviest pulls.

Since the Mile Marker Electric Winch uses a fast, free-spooling planetary gear train, you’ll get back on the road in no time. Plus, you get a generous 100' spool of heavy-duty 3/8" galvanized aircraft grade cable. With all that cable, you’ll have plenty of slack for lassoing those far-off anchoring points.

The workhorse Mile Marker Electric Winch comes with a 2-Year Warranty.

Pros: Never stops
Cons:

Love this winch, I have it on a 3/4 chevy HD and It has done everything I have needed and then some. For a full size truck there is no better winch.

Pros: not as pricey as a warn, stops when you let go fo the button rather than slowing to a stop like a warn
Cons: Crapped out on me after the second time of using

I had winch installed on my truck. 1st time I used it was to stretch out the cable like the manual said. Then the second time I sunk my truck in a creek and the winch was under water. Plugged the controller it and it didnt work. after a few minutes of wiggling the control plug around it magically worked. Only the power IN, not power Out worked. Few month later i tried to use it again, power OUT still didnt work, but as soon as the winch got some load on it, it crapped out. The solenoid would click, but no motor action. I sent the solenoid and hand control in to Milemarker, they sent me a new controller and an updated solenoid box., Hooked it up to the winch and still no action from the motor. I just sent it in last week and waitting to hear from them on the diag. of the motor,...

Pros: Virtually bulletproof and great product support
Cons: none

I have 2, 12,000 lbs. MM winches front and rear on my 1983 CJ7 and you can see it and the details at my site at www.behold-the-rage.com. The MM 12,000 winch is bulletproof and outstanding customer support from the manufacturer as well. The only mods I did to mine on install was to replace the 3/8" cable with 1/2", rewire the leads to 2/0 welder cable (3/4" copper cable),and on the heavier loads like large trucks and buses I use 3 48,000 cap. snatch blocks. Any questions on these winches after review at my webiste you may call me at 575-650-0179-C www.behold-the-rage.com
