I had these on my 07 2500HD diesel . Good tire but I drive hard and fast only got 30,000 mile out of them but I'm sure would have lasted longer if I let off the gas.. I didn't notice the road noise . Tried them in some mud didn't do good at all I was skidding everywhere but in sand did awesome

The only tire better in the mud is the bias Gateway Buckshot Mudder. I can do donuts around guys running TSL when I have the Buckshots.

Great tires, but the best mud tires ever made were the old bias Gateway Buckshot Mudders.

I have had these on my 2010 Sierra for 15,000mi and they are wearing well. I have had them balanced and rotated every 5,000mi. I drive on the highway mostly but have driven thru some snow and some mud a few times with no problem. They HUMM a little but less than most other MT's. I would buy again in a heart beat.

I have a set of Gateway Buckshots that are PR78 15 LT. I am having difficulty finding replacement tires. Can anyone tell me what size these tires convert to?

I originally purchased a set, 215/75R-15, for my GEO Tracker. Then I moved them to my Jeep Cherokee (original tire size for this vehicle) when I sold the Tracker. Not including the driving when in the Death Valley area, I made four 1600 mile round trips to Death Valley in the Tracker and I've made two, so far, in the Cherokee. And then there are all of the daily miles I've put on them.
I have yet to have a single flat, on or off road. And, with 25k miles on them, they still have plenty of tread. There are a couple of minor chunks of tread missing which I attribute to the back country rocks in and around Death Valley. But that's it.
I'm in the process of lifting my Cherokee and will be moving to a set of slightly larger (31x10.50) and more aggressive D/T's.

Great tire I have had a set of 38x12.50x17s on a dodge 2500 for a year now and still have half tread that is unheard of for me I have been on slopes after a 3 day rain where other mud tires were sliding into the ditch these we're biting and clawing up it sideways the road handling even with 20000 lbs behind it was great for a mud tire in the snow and ice these tires excel better than any other I've had
